Crowds help to pull the body of a man killed in a car bomb in the Karada neighborhood of Baghdad, which killed at least four people and wounding about 15, others. The crowd carried the body down the street to emergency vehicles yelling Allah Akbar God is great! The car bomb exploded across the street from the Shiite Abdul Rassul Ali Mosque.
