Combat Doctors in Iraq.

Harding and the staff of hospital serves as an aeromedical evacuation support hub that also provides trauma and specialized medical care to U.S. and coalition forces all over Iraq. During the Vietnam War, casualties could expect to take as long as two weeks to make the journey from the battlefield to top quality treatment in U.S. hospitals. Casualties of the Iraq War can arrive in the United States within 24 to 48 hours of being wounded.
